Breakfast bap…Belfast style

Belfast bap…not a roll…a bap…a little burnt on top…good quality beef sausages…cut in half lengthways…fried in a hot pan until golden brown…gently fried free range egg…runny yolk…real butter…red sauce…cup of strong tea…nuff said.
